Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages get used. It sets cookies and sends your IP address to Google, who process it as our data processor. We do not use it to build profiles or to advertise to you.

Fonts

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com when a page loads. That request carries your IP address and user agent to Google. It is the only third-party request the site makes.

What we never collect

There are no accounts, no logins and no forms on this site. We do not ask for your name, your email address or your employer, and there is nowhere on the site to give them to us. Nothing you type into the search box leaves your browser — the search index is a static file your browser downloads once and queries locally.

Hosting

PipeData is served as static files by GitHub Pages. GitHub receives the request as part of delivering the page and keeps its own server logs, which we do not have access to. Their practices are covered by the GitHub Privacy Statement.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets its own cookies. The site itself sets none.

Changes

If this ever changes — if analytics is added, or a third-party service introduced — this page will be updated to say so before or at the same time as the change goes live.
